I have had a great experience as a client of ICT Insurance. I have known Joe Krsnich for years, and he is a great person. Josh Slate and Blake Sturgeon have both been great to work with directly. The most recent example was when we were adding our new daughter to our insurance, and I was having trouble communicating with the insurance company. I sent Josh an e-mail about it, and he got us a solution the same day. Great service from great people is a combination I think anyone will enjoy!

Stephanie at ICT Insurance is very knowledgeable and was prepared every time we met. She guided me through the correct coverage I needed for my family and helped me understand all the pros and cons. Stephanie then provided me quotes from multiple providers so I could choose the best value. Her follow up is excellent. Drake was very thorough and gave me several options with the pros and cons of each. He asked if I wanted to think them over but I chose to proceed and he helped my sign up then and there. I was grateful because Medicare has a lot of paths.

I called Michele out of the blue based on the Google reviews, and she did not disappoint. I live out of town and needed to help a friend in Great Bend with a very specific insurance need/situation. She was prompt to call me back, understood the situation and gladly jumped both feet in to help. We scheduled an appointment for my friend to meet with her. She called to loop me in during the meeting and ultimately helped my friend sign up for a COBRA plan. I am going on Medicare. ICT Insurance and Jake K. went through everything. They evaluated my specific situation. They provided all options based on my situation and provided sound advice on both basic Medicare and Supplements. When I selected a direction, he provided guidance for applying. With his guidance the process took about 15 min. He then kept up with the status of getting a number. When that was available, he guided me through the supplement application which took 20-25 min. Michele was a great help at finding me a plan that works amazing for me. She was easy to make an appointment with and to work with on short notice, she did not take long to help me find a plan. I would go back if I ever needed to.
